Medford Strikers U13 Victory Medford Strikers U/13 Victory is comprised of serious soccer players that consider soccer their number one sport and share the same passion for the game. The Victory competes in high level local and regional leagues, tier A tournaments, and the State Cup Competitions. The Victory is professionally coached by the staff of Universal Soccer Academy. Universal Soccer Academy conducts the Team Development Program (TDP) for all Medford Strikers teams. Under the direction of Technical Director James Galanis, Universal Soccer Academy provides first class training. The TDP is a year round training program specifically designed to allow teams and individuals to grow in all areas of the game. Teams are patiently built to play outstanding soccer that constantly improves.   Players on this team compete individually and collectively to be the best in all areas of the game. The goal is to develop players that are Skilled, Tactically Aware, Physically Strong and Mentally Tough.
