James Galanis (Technical Director)
James Galanis has been working with Medford Strikers teams for ten years. In the spring of 2006 James was appointed Technical Director and introduced our Team Development Program. This program focuses on developing exceptional soccer players and teams that compete at the national level. James is recognized as one of the leading trainers of soccer players in the USA. His stable of students includes Women’s National team players Carli Lloyd and Heather Mitts and various other elite soccer players. James is the founder and Director of Universal Soccer Academy.
Carli Lloyd (Youth Development Specialist-Mentor)
Carli, who played her youth soccer for Medford Strikers, assists the club in the development of all players and coaches. Carli provides students with an insight to what it takes to play at the highest level, and she informs the coaches of all the current methods used at the highest level of soccer.
